Room is average but clean. The staff clean it everyday. The blankets are flimsy and they just give you a sheet. It’s a good location outside of the main area but down a road thats not finished. The service was good as front desk was available by whatsapp. They were very kind about late check-out.
Front desk service was excellent, extremely nice and friendly. Room was beautiful and new. Close to all restaurants and beach
Considering the price-performance ratio, it was good overall. The property itself is beautiful, but it could use a bit more maintenance, love & care. The room was nice, though there was a slight smell in the bathroom when showering. But everything was clean. The gym, however, isn’t really a gym … it’s more of a room with about a dozen dumbbells, a few exercise balls, and some mats. So, if you’re creative, you can still make it work.
Fantastic Stay! My stay at Maramara was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room made me feel right at home. The location was ideal—close to all attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts were fantastic, always responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from fresh towels or local tips. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area!
Had a great stay, roof top pool was great and clean and modern
Location streets need a lot of work, cleaning. Hotel and their pool amazing Service, they do not have a receptionist full time. So, if your ok with that everything else was great.
We had a great stay. Do not let the outside fool you. This place is clean and safe. Free parking on premises, just make sure you communicate with them regarding the check in details and parking info. Rooms are clean and cozy and the AC works great. The roof top pool is great especially at night. Walk to shops and restaurants is short, just make sure you check the weather so you don’t get caught in the rain. We will stay here again if we are ever in Sayulita again.
